Physical Therapy
Pediatric Physical Therapy benefits children in developing improved gross motor skills and fine motor skills in order to improve their function in everyday activities.
Occupational Therapy
Pediatric Occupational Therapy benefits children who have delay in fine motor skills, sensory processing skills and self-care skills.
Speech Therapy
Pediatric Speech Therapy benefits children who are not talking, not talking in complete sentences, are difficult to understand, appear to stutter or have rough/hoarse voices.

We, at A Step Ahead, are in search of a Speech Therapist and Physical Therapist that would like consistent, steady work. Our caseload has continued to grow, and we are looking to bring another amazing therapist into our practice.

Job Responsibilities:
-Assess, plan and participate in programs for children in the office and possibly home environment. (Early Intervention)
-Perform evaluations to develop treatment plans for patients.
-Prepare parents with proper instruction for in home exercise programs.
-Document patient’s progress; modify treatments with emphasis on areas requiring more/less attention. Our documentation is cloud based and can be done anywhere, at any time.
-Flexible schedule.
Qualifications:
-Active state license in KY.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Want to provide positive outcomes to the pediatric population and have fun at work!
